p63和Calponin蛋白在犬乳腺肿瘤中的表达及意义

摘　　要：为便于确定肿瘤的组织学来源,推测其在兽医临床诊断中的鉴别意义,研究p63和Calponin蛋白在20例犬乳腺肿瘤(canine mammary tumor,CMT)病例中的表达,采用免疫组织化学(immunohistochemistry,IHC)SP染色方法和光学显微镜观察进行确诊。结果表明,鼠抗人单克隆抗体p63和Calponin可用于犬乳腺肿瘤病例中肌上皮的表达研究,在乳头状瘤、混合瘤及腺肌上皮瘤等犬良性乳腺肿瘤组织中p63与Calponin表达为阳性或强阳性;在乳头状癌、浸润性导管癌等恶性肿瘤组织中p63与Calponin蛋白表现为阴性或局灶阳性。选择p63与Calponin作为犬乳腺肿瘤组织基底和腺肌上皮细胞的标记物有一定的敏感性和特异性,对良、恶性乳腺肿瘤组织、乳腺肿瘤或癌旁组织的来源和临床诊断等具有鉴别和指导作用。In order to confirm the histological source of the tumor tissue and presume the significance in differential diagnosis, 20 cases of canine mammary tumor were used to investigate the expression of p63 and Calponin proteins by immunohistochemical SP method and observed by the light microscope. Results showed that the monoclonal mouse antihuman p63 and Calponin antibodies could be used to evaluate the expression of myoepithelial cells in canine mammary tumor. In benign mammary tumors, such as the papillary tumor, mixed tumor and adenomyoepithelioma, the myoepithelial cells were showed strong immureactivities with the p63 and Calponin proteins, and unimmureactivities or partially immureactivities with them in malignant tumor tissues of the papillary carcinoma and infiltrating ductal carcinoma. The two antibodies of p63 and Calponin were proved that they presented an excellent sensitivity and specificity for basal and myoepithelial cell being markers. They formed a good tool in clinical diagnosis and in processing the histological resources of the benign and malignant mammary tumor tissues, the tumor and the tissue around the carcinoma.
