摘  要:建立了测定饮料中Pb的新方法.在0.1mol·L^-1 KCl 溶液(pH=2.25)中采用方波阳极溶出伏安法测定Pb.Pb于-588mV产生溶出峰,Pb测定精密度R SD%为0.5%~5.0%,样品加标回收率P%为95.42%~104.5%,Pb的线性范围为0.006~0.4mg ·L^-1.该法操作简便、快速,结果可靠.A new method has been estabilished for the determination of Pb in a beverage. The concentration of Pb in the beverage was detected by square wave anodic stripping voltamrnetry in 0.1 mol·L^- 1 KCl (pH =2.25) solution. The peak of Pb appeared at -588mv (vs. Ag/AgCl (3MKCl)), the percent recoveries ( % ) and precisions(RSD% ) of Pb were 95.4.2 - 104.5 % and 0.5 - 5.0 %, respectively. The linear range of Pb were 0. 006 - 0.4 mg ·l^- 1. This method is very rapid, simple and reliable.
