摘　　要：目的探讨马凡综合征的外科治疗经验。方法对马凡综合征6例(升主动脉瘤伴主动脉瓣关闭不全4例,急性夹层动脉瘤伴主动脉瓣关闭不全2例),均在体外循环下行Bentall手术。结果手术死亡1例,5例随访6个月-2年,疗效满意。结论早期诊断、早期手术可改善马凡综合征的预后。Objective To review the experiences of surgical treatment of Marfan syndrome. Methods There were 6 eases of Marfan syndrome, of which 4 were associated with ascending aortic aneurysm and aortic regtagitation, and 2 with acute aortic dissection and aortic regurgitation.The Bentall procedures were performed in all patients under cardiopulmonary bypass. Results There was one operative death ease in this group.The satisfactory surgical results were obtained in five cases during follow- up period （6 months to 2 years）. Conclusion The outcomes of Marfan Syndrome can be improved by early diagnosis and early operation.
