摘　　要：以准分离均衡为基础,对产权交易定价过程进行了博弈分析,指出产权交易中一对一博弈的买卖双方存在(好,高价,买)、(差,低价,买)、(差,高价,买)、(好,高价,不买)四种可能的博弈结果;同时,给出了卖方在其经营状况差时选择以高价或低价出售的判断标准。并最终得出了连续交易的博弈结果。Based on the semi - separating equilibrium, this paper analyses the pricing course of the prop- erty fight transactions, and points out that there are four outcomes existing in the one - to - one game ： （good, high price, buy）, （badness, low price, buy）, （badness, high price, buy） and （good, high price, abnegation） ; It also gives the judgment criterion by which the seller decides to use the high or low price when its situation is badness. Finally, the paper educes the game result of the continuous trades.
