摘　　要：目的:探讨经阴道超声对子宫内膜息肉的诊断价值及图像特征。方法:经阴道超声诊断为子宫内膜息肉48例超声图像与宫腔镜及病理学对照。结果:经阴道超声诊断子宫内膜息肉的符合率为95.8%(46/48)。结论:子宫内膜息肉超声图像具有一定的特征性,经阴道超声诊断子宫内膜息肉具有重要的应用价值:二维图像呈颗粒状或滴水状高回声团块,小息肉(<5mm)内部多无血流信号,较大息肉内部可显示点状、粗大条状甚至具有分支的血流信号。Objeelive To explore the diagnostic value of transvaginal ultrasound in uterine endometrial polyps and utrasonographic characteristics. Methods Utrasonogram for 48 cases of uterine endometrial polyps were diagnosed by transvaginal ultrasound compared with hysteroscopy and pathology. Results The diagnostic accuracy for uterine endometrial polyps by transvaginal ultrasound were 95.8% （46/48）. Conclusion There are some characteristics on the utrasonogram,It has important practical value for transvaginal ultrasound at diagnosing uterine endometrial polyps：the two dimensional image shows hige-echo lump in the shape of spot or water drip. The smaller polyp（〈5 mm） has no blood signal inside while the bigger ployp shows the shape of spot or thick stripe and even the branched blood signal.
