摘 要:在生物类本科学生的创新能力培养方面,采用现代教学手段,开设综合性、研究型实验;鼓励和组织低年级学生的课余创新活动,在后续课程学习中逐渐解决和完善自己的课外科研课题,带着问题主动阅读相关文献;鼓励大学生发表专业学术论文或参加大学生学术论文“挑战杯”比赛,树立典型,营造良好的大学生科研创新氛围;在课余创新基础上完善毕业论文。这些教学实践表明,本科学生的创新能力和综合素质都有较大提高,创新氛围日渐形成。该文认为学生的创新兴趣是创新人才形成的内在动力,实验室条件和教师素质是创新人才形成的外部环境,培育学生创新兴趣的成败是培养创新性人才的关键。In cultivating the creactivity of biological undergraduate students, all- around and researching experiments were set up by using modem teaching methods. The junior students were encouraged and organized to take part in the extramural courses, to read actively with the problems they met, thus they can gradually solve and finish their own extracurricular projects in the subsequent courses. The students were encouraged to deliver scientific papers or take part in college student acedemic woork "challenge cup" competition, model students were picked up and good researching atmosphere were created. The students can perform their thesis on the base of extracurricular projects. It was approved by teaching practice that the creactivity and all- around quality of students were improved greatly, the atmosphere of creactivity was set up gradually. In the paper' s opinion, the interest of students was the inner power for their creactivity, the laboratory condition and the quality of tearchers were the outer environment for culturing creation, Fostering the interest of students was the key of culturing creation.
