摘　　要：核心蛋白聚糖(DCN)是富含亮氨酸的蛋白聚糖基因家族的一种小分子的成员之一,研究发现该基因及蛋白与组织、器官的纤维化形成和发展密切相关。众多学者对其生物学特性、部分组织的表达情况以及其抗纤维化机制进行了研究,确定了该物质调节纤维化形成的作用。现综述DCN基因及蛋白在纤维化过程中的相关研究概况。Decorin is a member of the small leucine-rich proteoglycan gene family,The study shows that gene and protein of decorin correlate closely with the genesis and development of tissue fibrosis and organ fibrosis. The biology characteristics,tissues expression and anti- fibrosis mechanism of decorin were investigated by more scholars,The results indicates the effect of decorin in adjusting fibrosis formation. This article reviews the studys related to DCN of its gene and protein in fibrosis procedure.
