摘  要:履带振动影响履带车辆的平稳性和舒适性。运用波动理论,将履带振动在履带中的传播视为波动过程,建立了履带振动的动力学模型,推导出履带振动与车辆平稳性之间的关系,并对影响履带振动及传播的各个因素进行了数值仿真分析。结果表明,车辆行驶速度、履带板尺寸以及诱导轮支撑条件是影响履带振动及车辆平稳性的主要因素。为改善和提高履带车辆的平稳性和舒适性,还提出了减小履带振动产生及传播的措施。Track vibration produces an effect on the ride performance and comfortability of the tracked vehicles. A dynamic model of track vibration was established based on considering the spread of track vibration as wave motion by wave method. The relationship between the track vibration and ride was deduced. The factors influencing the track vibration and its spread were simulated and analyzed. The results show that these factors include the velocity, dimensions of track pad and support conditions of support rollers. The measurements of reducing track vibration and its spread were put forward in order to improve ride performance.
