摘 要:目的研究红藻细基江篱(Gracilaria tenuistipitata)中的化学成分。方法细基江篱用甲醇冷浸提取,浓缩成浸膏,分别用石油醚、乙酸乙酯萃取,所得石油醚部分和乙酸乙酯部分利用反复硅胶柱色谱、凝胶柱色谱等方法进行分离纯化,并根据其理化性质和光谱(NMR及MS等)数据进行化学结构鉴定。结果从细基江篱的石油醚和乙酸乙酯部分共分离得到了8个化合物,经鉴定分别为胆甾醇(1)、3β羟基胆甾5烯7酮(2)、胆甾5烯3β,7α二醇(3)、β谷甾醇(4)、胡萝卜苷(5)、胸腺嘧啶(6)、尿嘧啶(7)、棕榈酸(8)。结论上述化合物均为首次从该种海藻中分离得到。Objective To study the chemical constituents of Gracilaria tenuistipitata. Methods The alga was soaked in methanol and filtered. The extracts were concentrated in vacuo, and then partitioned between petroleum ether and EtOAc. Various chromatographic techniques (Silica gel, Sephadex LH-20, etc. )were used to separate and purify the constituents. Their structures were determined by chemical evidences, NMR and MS analysis. Results Eight compounds were isolated and purified. Their structures were identified as cholesterol ( 1 ), 3β-hydroxy-cholest-5-en-7-one ( 2 ), cholesta-5-ene-3β, 7a-diol (3),β-si tosterol ( 4 ), daucosterol(5), thymine (6), Uracil (7), palmic acid (8). Conclusions All above compounds are obtained from Gracilaria tenuistipitata for the first time.
