摘  要:目的为评价重组犊牛前胸腺素α(prothymosinα,ProTα)的活性。方法用MTT法检测了ProTα对BALB/c鼠脾细胞的增殖作用。结果与结论无论加或不加ConA,20μg·ml-1以上浓度药品组均能对脾细胞产生增殖作用,且随着浓度增加,增殖率呈上升趋势,至40μg·ml-1时,增殖率达到76.0%。当浓度低于20μg·ml-1时,重组ProTα无明显的增殖作用。重组ProT a与进口的阳性对照品增殖活性间没有显著差异,而且略高于后者,该项研究为今后药理药效研究及开发应用提供了有力的支撑。To evaluate the bioactivity of recombinant prothymosin- α(RPA), its effect on the proliferation of routine spleen cells was investigated by MTT assay. It was demonstratd that,with addition of Con-A or without, RPA in a concentration of more than 20μg ml^-1 could stimulate the proliferation of routine spleen cells in a dose-effect dependence manner. The proliferative rate of routine spleen cells under a concentration of RPA at 40 μg · ml^-1 reached up to 76.0%, but when the concentration of RPA fell down under 20μg · ml^-1 ,no significant effect on the proliferation of spleen cells could be observed. There was no remarkable difference on the bioactivities between PRA and the standard control protein imported from Italy, but the former might be even better than the latter. These results provide a powerful support for the future studies on the pharmapeutic efficacy and developments.
