摘　　要：目的：研究c-erbB-2基因在胆管癌细胞中的表达。方法：应用免疫细胞化学SABC法检测两株人胆管癌细胞（QBC一939和SK-ChA-1）、21例原代培养人胆管癌细胞和6例原代培养人正常胆管细胞中c-erbB-2蛋白的表达情况。结果：免疫细胞化学检测结果，c-erbB-2在QBC一939细胞和SK-ChA-1细胞中表达均为阳性；21例原代培养人胆管癌细胞中有18例（86％）表达阳性，3例表达阴性，6例原代培养人正常胆管细胞中e-erbB-2蛋白的表达均为阴性。结论：c-erbB-2蛋白在胆管癌组织中为诱导性表达，其表达上调与胆管癌的形成关系密切。Objective： To study expression of oncogene c - erbB - 2 in the cells of cholangiocarcinoma. Method ： The immunohistochemical SABC method was used to detect the expression of c - erbB - 2 product in two trunks of human cells of cholangiocarcinoma（ QBC - 939 and SK - ChA - 1 ） , 21 cases of original era human cells of cholangiocarcinoma, and 6 cases of cells of normal bile ducts. Results： C -erbB- 2 was expressed positive both in QBC -939 cells and SK- Cha -11 cells; 18 cases of 21 original era human cells of cholangiocarcinoma expressed positive, and 6 cases of cells of normal bile ducts expressed negative. Conclusions： C - erbB - 2 product showed induced expression in the cholangiocarcinoma. The up - regulation of c - erbB - 2 expression was highly correlated with occurrence of the cholangiocarcinoma.
