摘  要:目的 研究小花鬼针草(Bidens parviflora Willd.)全株的化学成分,寻找抑制组织胺释放的活性成分。方法 采用多种色谱方法分离化合物,用波谱学方法鉴定化合物结构,通过抑制组织胺释放实验探讨活性。结果 分离鉴定了6种酚酸类化合物,分别是奎尼酸(1)、咖啡酸(2)、2,3,4-三羟基异戊酸-2(3)、原儿茶酸(4)、对羟基桂皮酸(5)、3,5.二[1.O-(5-咖啡酰)喹宁酸基]-4.咖啡酰喹宁酸(6)。结论 化合物1~6为首次从该植物中分离得到,化合物6为新化合物。部分化合物显示一定的抑制组织胺释放活性。Aim To find biological active compound against histamine release. Methods The chemical from Bidens parviflova Willd on the basis of its activities constituents from Bidens parviflora Willd. were isolated by silica gel column chromatography, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography and purified by preparative HPLC. The chemical structures were identified by physical, chemical properties and spectroscopic methods. Results Six isolated phenolic acid derivatives were identified as quinic acid(1), caffeic acid(2), 2, 3,4-trihydroxy-isovaleric acid-2 ( 3 ), protocatechuic acid ( 4 ), p -hydroxycinnamic acid ( 5 ), 3, 5-di- [ 1- O- ( 5-caffeoyl )- quinic acid]-4-caffeoylquinic acid (6). Conclusion Compound 6 is a new compound. Some of the six compounds exhibite activities against histamine release.
