牛磺酸对大鼠高血压预防作用的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨牛磺酸对大鼠高血压的预防作用。方法:用N-硝基-L-精氨酸甲酯(L-NAME)制备高血压模型,测量各实验组尾动脉收缩压、血浆内皮素、神经肽Y、血管紧张素Ⅱ、一氧化氮、一氧化氮合酶、血管紧张素转换酶、超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛。结果:高血压组血压显著高于牛磺酸组和对照组,L-NAME可使血浆ET、NPY、AngⅡ、MDA、ACE水平显著升高,使血清NO、NOS、SOD含量显著减少。应用牛磺酸预防后可明显逆转上述指标的变化,使血压下降。结论:牛磺酸能有效预防大鼠高血压的发生。Objective： To investigate the preventive effect of taurine on the hypertensive rats. Methods- N - nitro- L - arginine methylester （L- NAME） was used to make the model of rat hypertension. The trail cuff systolic blood pressure, plasma endothelin, neuropeptide Y, angiotensin Ⅱ , serum nitric oxide, nitric oxide synthase, angiotensin converting enzyme, superoxide dismutase and mahic dialdehyde were measured in all experiment groups. Results： The results showed that the blood pressure of the hypertensive group significantly higher than that of the taurine and the control group, L- NAME significantly increased the level of ET, NPY, AngⅡ, MDA, ACE, as well as significantly decreased the content of NO, NOS, SOD in Wistar rats of the hypertensive group. The taurine could significantly reverse the above parameters＇ change and declined the blood pressure. Conclusion： The results suggest that taurine is effective for the hypertension prevention.
