摘  要:目的:研究灵芝多糖对力竭小鼠心肌、肝脏、骨骼肌抗氧化作用的影响。方法:小鼠灌胃灵芝多糖20 d后测定:安静小鼠谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、力竭游泳运动后小鼠心肌、肝脏、骨骼肌丙二醛(MDA)水平及血清谷丙转氨酶(GPT)、谷草转氨酶(GOT)、肌酸激酶(CK)等指标的变化。结果:灵芝多糖可明显提高小鼠骨骼肌SOD及心肌GSH-Px活性,明显降低力竭小鼠骨骼肌MDA水平及血清GPT及CK水平,减轻肝脏及骨骼肌损伤。结论:灵芝多糖具有明显抗氧化损伤功效。Objective: To investigate the effect of glossy ganoderma Polysaccharide on anti - oxidation in exhausted myocardium, liver, muscle. Methods: Bewithing Gipsy ganoderma Polysaccharide for 20 days. GSH- Px. SOD activities of mice at rest, MDA levels in myocardium, liver, muscle of mice after exhausting swimming and changes of GPT. GOT. CK in serum were measured. Results: Glossy ganoderma Polysaccharide could obviously raise SOD activity of muscle and GSH- Px activity of myocardiurn in mice at rest, as well as decrease MDA of muscle. GPT and CK of serum in exhausted mice obviously and reduce the injury of liver and muscle. Conclusion: Polysaccharide has the function of anti- injury.
