摘　　要：SOCS(suppressor of cytokine signalling)是细胞因子信号传导通路JAK/STAT(janus kinase/signal transduction and activators of transcription)的一个负性调控分子家族。近年来很多研究表明,SOCS在癌症、糖尿病、自身免疫性疾病和炎症等多种疾病的发生发展过程中及在机体免疫调节中发挥着重要的作用,该蛋折分子家族的成员可能会成为重大疾病治疗的一种新候选基因。SOCS （suppressor of cytokine signaling） family is a kind of protein molecular responsible for negative regulations on JAK/STAT signaling transduction. Recently, it has been observed that SOCS is involved in cancer, diabetes and inflammation and plays an important role in immune regulations in vivo. It suggests that maybe SOCS will become a new candidate for major disease therapy.
