水分离和水分解超声乳化白内障吸除术的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨水分离和水分解技术在超声乳化白内障吸除术中应用的有效性。方法随机选择白内障患者96只眼,分两组。A组50只眼行水分离和水分解,B组46只眼,仅行水分离,所有患者均进行超声乳化白内障摘除术联合人工晶体植入。观察术后视力,超声乳化能量和时间及术中、术后并发症。结果(1)术后1d和1周的矫正视力≥0.5者两组差异无显著性(P>0.05)。(2)术中破囊A组少于B组(P<0.05)。(3)术后第1天A组无角膜水肿,B组8眼,差异非常显著(P<0.01)。(4)平均超声能量和平均超声时间A组显著较B组少(P<0.01)。结论水分离和水分解超声乳化白内障吸除术安全性高,临床效果好。Objective To investigate the efficacy of intraocular lens implantation combined with hydredissection and hydredecomposition in phacoemulsification . Methods 96 eyes of cataract patients wore devided into 2 groups, group 1 （50 eyes） was treated with hydredisseetion and hydredecomposition,and group 2 （46 eyes） was treated with hydrodissection. The patient＇s vision at the 1st and 7th day after operation,the energy and time of phacoemulsification as well as the complications in operation and after operation were observed and analyzed. Results There was no significant difference in patient＇s vision after operation between the two groups （ P 〉 0.05） .There were significant differences in the average energy and time of phaeoemulsification as well as the complications between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 or P 〈 0. 01）. Condusion The phacoemulsification with hydrodisseetion and hydredecomposition is a safe therapy with good clinical efficacy.
