摘　　要：目前使用的圆管带式输送机,过渡段的胶带存在拉伸不均。外缘受力过大等问题,极大地影响了胶带的使用寿命。使用倾斜式过渡段的配置方式,不仅可以减少胶带受力峰值,降低胶带因拉伸产生的疲劳损耗,延长使用寿命,并且在缩短过渡段长度、提高胶带拉力上都有很大价值。At present, the transition belt of the pipe belt conveyor extends unevenly, and its edge bears excessive force, which greatly affects the employment lifespan of the belt. The inclined transition segment not could decreases the peak value of the force on the belt to reduce the fatigue wastage due to the extension and lengthens the employment lifespan, but could shorten the length of the transition segment and increase the pull on the belt.
