摘　　要：随着市场经济的迅猛发展,商业伦理建设的重要性日益突出。商业伦理不仅仅要求人们去做个好人,而且要求人们在建立一个好公司时,要建立一套好的价值观与企业文化,以及从事商业活动的行为方式。加强商业伦理建设是市场经济发展的必然要求,是企业获得长远发展的必然选择。我国的商业伦理建设任重而道远。Along with the rapid development of market economy, the importance of strengthening business ethics construction appears more and more outstanding. Not only does the business ethics demand humans to be good, but also they should build a good set of values and enterprise culture, as well as patterns of conducting commercial activities when establishing a good company. To strengthen business ethics construction is an inevitable claim of market economy development, and a certain choice for enterprises to obtain long-term development. Our nation shoulders heavy responsibilities in business ethics construction.
