摘　　要：随着我国社会主义市场经济体制的不断发展和完善,铁路建筑施工企业的外部条件和内部环境发生了深刻的变化。本文从分析建筑市场的新变化和新特点入手,阐述了通过拓展企业内涵实现铁路建筑施工企业可持续发展的问题,并就提升企业核心竞争力的问题谈了自己的观点。With the constant developing and perfecting in our socialism market economy system, great changes have taken place in the outer conditions and inner environment of the railroad construction enterprises. By analyzing the new changes and character in the construction market, the article expounds how to realize the sustainable development of the railroad construction enterprises through pioneering its connotation and suggest the viewpoint on promoting the enterprise core competition.
