摘　　要：全面小康社会是我国社会主义初级阶段的现代化建设的主要目标,通过这一目标实现的实践历程来思考我国目前的经济伦理现状,是我们对社会主义市场经济伦理建构的起点和方法论。在这一方法论指导下,社会主义市场经济伦理的建构必然遵循五个原则:历史原则、实践原则、实然与应然相统一原则、集体主义与个体主义相统一原则以及效率与公平相统一原则。The all-around well being society is the main target of China＇s socialism at the primary stage. Considering the economic situation in the process realizing the target is the starting point and methodology for the ethical construction. There are five principles follows：history, fulfillment, solid however with should however unify the principle, collectivism and the individual doctrines mutually to unify the principle and efficiencies and equities mutually to unify the principle mutually.
