摘　　要：从质量泛化的角度提出了企业技术创新模式的选择逻辑;从质量工程学出发提出基于企业技术创新过程中质量泛化的效应假设,即质量管理泛化效应是质量管理的优化技术与企业的技术能力的内生函数,据此建立质量泛化效应的柯布-道格拉斯函数模型;通过对模型的平衡分析,证明质量泛化效应存在成本极值点;通过对质量泛化效应平衡解的动态分析,进一步揭示出质量泛化存在两种效应,即形成质量泛化成本优势的技术效应和形成质量泛化效用优势的空间效应;在此基础上,把企业技术创新的模式相应地归纳为基于技术效应的质量成本创新和基于空间效应的质量效用创新两类,通过对这两类企业技术创新模式特征的分析,提出了基于质量泛化效应的企业技术创新模式的相机选择标准。This paper puts forward a new choice logic about the enterprise technology innovation pattern from the view of extendable quality, and then presents the effect hypothesis theory based on the enterprise technology innovation process： the extendable quality is the endogenous function of the optimize technology of the quality management and the enterprise technology ability . The Cobby-doglas function model about the effect of the extendabIe quality is built according to the hypothesis. The extendable quality effect has been proved to exist a utmost by the still balance analysis. The two effects of the extendable quality have been exposed by the dynamic analysis about balanced solution of the extendable quality effect： the technology effect of the extendable quality forming the cost advantage of the extendable quality and the space effect of the extendable quality forming the effectiveness advantage. Based on these, the mode of the enterprise technology innovation has been concluded into two types： the quality cost innovation based on the technology effect and the quality effectiveness innovation based on the quality effect. By analyzing the feature of these two kinds of the enterprise technology innovation pattern, the paper puts forward the occasion choice standard of the enterprise technology innovation pattern based on the effect of the extendable quality.
