摘　　要：对国内的谷朊粉干燥设备进行了分析,在参照国外同类产品的基础上,根据我国的实际情况,对干燥系统中的关键设备即造粒机、惯性分离器重新设计,增加了温度自动控制系统,对生产过程中所需的温度和进料量的大小进行自动控制,提高产品质量和产量。产量由原来的100 kg/h提高到500 kg/h。The domestie drying equipment for gluten flour was analyzed. According to practical situations in our country, the key equipment for a drying system such as pelletizer and inertial separator was redesigned based on reference of similar products abroad. An automatic temperature control system was added for automatic control of temperature and feeding amount required during production, so as to improve the product quality and output. The output was increased from 100 kg/h to 500 kg/h.
