摘  要:采用有限元方法对复合材料层压板多钉机械连接载荷分配及其承载能力进行了研究,以一列三钉为例对比工程计算中提出的直接计算法与载荷比例法求解多钉连接初始破坏载荷的计算精度及适用范围,得出的结论对复合材料层压板多钉机械连接设计具有一定的工程参考价值。In this paper, the failure processes of composite laminates with multiple bolted joints under tension load were numerically simulated. The first crippling loads for several cases were obtained by two methods, a direct calculation method based on finite element models and an indirect method based on the load distribution. Compared with experiment results, the direct calculation method based on finite element models is effective and convenient, but the indirect method based on the load distribution is limited in scope. The conclusions are useful for the design of multiple - bolted composite joints in engineering programs.
