翼状胬肉逆行切除并自体角膜缘干细胞移植疗效分析

摘　　要：目的：观察逆行切除翼状胬肉并自体角膜缘干细胞移植术的疗效。方法：对61例、67眼翼状胬内由体部向头部逆行切除，取2mm宽下方角膜缘干细胞的结膜瓣移植到巩膜暴露区。结果：术后随访6个月-2年，3眼复发，复发率4．48％。结论：逆行切除翼状胬肉并自体角膜缘干细胞移植术复发率低、美容效果好。Objective： To observe the relapse of pterygium after retrograde excision and autotransplantation of corneal limbus stem cells. Method： A total of 61 patients （67 eyes） with pterygium were performed retrograde excision from the body to the head and autotransplantation using a 2 mm-width corneal limbus stem cells from the temporal inferior corneal limbus to cover the exposed sclera area. Results： During a follow-up from 6 months to 2 years, pterygium recurred in 3 eyes （4.48%）. Conclusion： Retrograde excision of pterygium combined with autotransplantation of corneal limbus stem cells decreases the rate of recurrence and promotes the effect of cosmetology .
