摘　　要：胃癌是人类最常见的恶性肿瘤之一,位居消化道肿瘤之首。三叶肽是一族富含半胱氨酸的小分子多肽,主要由乳癌相关肽、解痉多肽和肠三因子组成。其特征均由6个半胱氨酸残基带3个二硫键连结形成, 呈三叶状结构。它与胃癌有关,可能影响胃癌的生物学行为。对于三叶肽的研究可能为胃癌的防治开辟新的途径。Gastric cancer is one of the most frequent malignant tumor, The TFF peptides are a family of small molecular regulatory proteins, including TFF, （PS2） ,TFF2 （SP） and TFF3 （ITF）. TFF peptides, characterized by three-loop structure consisted of six cysteins. Have much to do with the gastric cancer, and even perhaps influenced it＇s biological behavior ,so the study of TFF peptides maybe give some lights to gastric cancer.
