摘　　要：面对日益激烈的人才竞争,全面提升成教学生的综合素质,鼓励学生取得相应资格认证,积极为学生拓宽就业渠道,系统地将就业指导融入日常的教学活动,将有益学生的就业。Facing the severe talent competition nowadays, we should enhance adult students＇ abilities and encourage them to win the certificate recognition and try our best to widen their profession channels actively, and put the occupation guidance into our daily teaching. All this will benefit our students in their pursuit of professions.
