摘　　要：目的检测老年黄斑变性(AMD)运动觉功能的变化。方法通过条状视标的运动方法,分别应用绿、蓝视标显示在紫、黄背景上运动,从而分离检查32眼AMD绿、蓝视锥细胞运动觉功能的变化。结果AMD绿、蓝视锥细胞位移阈值分别是1·52±0·63、1·39±0·62,闪烁阈值分别是0·49±0·40、0·49±0·34,与正常值相比,发生了弥漫性损害。结论运动觉检测是反映AMD视功能变化的一个敏感指标。Objective To assess the change of motion perception in patients with age-related maculaz degeneration （AMD）. Methods Motion perception of green and blue cones cells of 32 eyes with AMD Were analyzed by green and blue bars displayed on the purple and yellow background respectively. Results The displacement thresholds of motion perception from green and blue cone in AMD were 1.52±0. 63, 1.39±0. 62 and the flicking thresholds were 0.49±0.40,0.49±0.34 respectively. They were all damaged compared with the normal group. Conclusions Motion perception is an sensitive way to reveal visual function damage in AMD.
