摘　　要：目的探讨伴有齿槽嵴裂的单侧唇裂术后继发鼻畸形的修复方法.方法对34例伴有齿槽嵴裂的单侧唇裂术后继发畸形的患者,在行齿槽嵴植骨的同时,行彻底的鼻整形手术.结果术后随访1～3年,植骨区成活良好,鼻畸形较整形前明显改善,接近正常外形,效果满意.结论在行齿槽嵴植骨的同时,行彻底的鼻整形手术,能够取得满意的效果,并且节省了医疗费用,缩短了治疗时间.Objective To search a method of repairing the secondary nasal deformity of deft lip accompanied with alveolar deft. Methods Thirty- four patients with secondary deformity of deft lip accompartied with alveolar cleft were selected including 19 males and 15 females, with the average age of 15.8 years old. All of the eases underwent definitive rhinoplasty together with bone grafting for alveolar deft. Results After 1 ～ 3 year＇s follow - up, the nasal deformities are completely corrected and show satisfactory and stable results. Conclusion Bone grafting with definitive rhinoplasty can show satisfactory and stable results and can save time and expense of patients.
