摘 要:研究结果表明,在本试验范围内,ABT生根粉对百合再生苗具有明显的生根效应.且优于常用NAA和IBA,最适浓度为0.3mg/L,最高生根率达90%.ABT10号对百合苗发根率及根系发育的效应较好.ABT生根粉对试管苗后期出现的衰老症状影响最小.The experiments on application of different type of rooting powder ABT in tissue culture of lily (Lilium longiflorum)were carried out by the authors. The results showed that in comparison with NAA and IBA, ABT had obvious rooting effect on regenerative plants of lily,its effect was better than that of NAA and IBA,its optimum concentration was 0. 3 mg/L,and the highest rooting rate was 90%. Among some new types of ABT(No. 6 ̄10), ABT No. 10 had the best effect on rooting rate and root growth of lily plants. The effect of ABT On senescence resistance of lily plants cultured in test tube during the later growth stage was the highest as compared with NAA and IBA.
