摘 要:β-胡萝卜素可通过化学合成、植物提取和微生物发酵3种方法生产,后两种方法生产出的天然β-胡萝卜素具有比合成β-胡萝卜素更多的优点。作为维生素原A的β-胡萝卜素是动物体不可缺少的营养物质,它可以完全被吸收,并与此同时发挥出自身的作用,对奶牛的繁殖性能、免疫功能等均有影响。作为谱线-氧-抑制者(Singulett-Sauerstoff-Quencher)是β-胡萝卜素的作用基础[1]。本文阐述了β-胡萝卜素的几种来源,并论述了其对于奶牛的功能性调节作用。The β-carotene can be produced through 3 methods as the chemical synthesized, the plant withdraws and the microbial fermentation. The latter two methods can produce the natural β-carotene, which is more advantaged than the synthesized β-carotene. The β-carotene is the origin of vitamin A and is indispensable to the dairy cow. It can be completely absorbed and worked at the same time, which can affect the breeding ability and the immunity function of the dairy cow. The Singulett- Sauerstoff-Quencher is the foundation of the β-carotene. This article described three kinds of sources of the β-carotene, and discussed its nutritional effect on the dairy cow.
