湘西自治州农村特需人群碘营养监测

摘　　要：目的 评价湘西自治州实施全民食盐加碘后，农村特需人群碘营养状况。方法 用分层法抽样，测定目标人群在10：00～15：00之间随意一次尿碘含量，同时测定居民用户盐的碘含量及环境中水碘含量，用触诊与B超法检查8～10岁儿童甲状腺。结果 孕妇、哺乳、育龄妇女尿碘中位数分别为244．4、298．3、316．4μg/／L，三者之间差异有显著性（P〈0．01）。幼儿、学龄儿童尿碘中位数分别为245．5、331．5μg/L。学龄儿童甲肿率为9．2％，男、女生之间甲肿率无显著性差异（P〉0．05）。居民用户盐碘含量均值为28．1旭／L，碘盐合格率为94．4％。外环境水碘含量中位数为1．8μg/L。结论 在环境缺碘的情况下，食用合格碘盐，自治州农村居民碘营养状况处于适量水平。Objective To evaluate the iodine nutritional status of special target population in the rural area of Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture after the program of iodine fortified salt had been put into practice. Methods According to stratified randomized sampling method, the casual urine sample iodine of the target population was collected between 10：00- 15：00 o＇clock, and the contents of iodine in fortified salts at households and the levels of iodine in environmental water were measured simultaneously. The thyroid gland condition of school children aged between 8- 10 years old were evaluated by palpation and B ultrasonographic imaging. Results The median levels of urinary iodine in pregnant and lactating women and childbearing- aged women were 244.4μg/L, 298.3μg/L, and 316.4μg/L respectively and the difference was significant （P〈 0.01）. The median levels of urinary iodine in infants and school - aged children were 245.5μg/L and 331.5μg/L. The thyroid goiter rates of school-aged children were 9.2%. There was no sex difference （P〉0.05）. The median content of iodine in salt of household was 28. 1μg/L and the rate met with standard was 94.4%. The. level of iodine in environmental .waters was 1.8μg/L. Conclusions Under the situation that the environment is short of iodine, supply of the iodized salt, the population iodine nutrition level is met with standard in the rural area in Xiangxi Autonomous Prefecture.
