摘　　要：目的了解中分化胃腺癌对化疗药物的敏感性。方法用MTT比色法对35例中分化胃腺癌新鲜瘤组织进行8种化疗药物的敏感性测定。结果中分化胃腺癌对氟尿嘧啶、CTX和MMC敏感性较高。结论个体体外药物敏感性实验有助于中分化胃腺癌的患者选择个体治疗方案。Objective To investigate the sensitivity of mid-differentiated gastric adenocarcinoma to chemotherapeutic drugs.Methods The chemosensitities 35 fresh surgical specimens to 8 chemotherapeutic drugs were evaluated by Mrlq＇ colorimetry assay.Results 5-FU,CTX and MMC were the high chemo- sensitive drugs for mid-differentiated gastric adenocarcinoma.Conclusion The individual chemosensitivity testing is helpful to select individualized chemotherapy for mid-differentiated gastric adenocarcinoma.
