摘　　要：以自制的脂肪族聚碳酸亚乙酯二元醇和液化MDI为主要原料，制备了聚碳酸酯型聚氨酯软泡，并对发泡剂、异氰酸酯、稳定剂用量及操作工艺等对泡沫体性能的影响进行了讨论。结果表明，通过调节发泡剂、异氰酸酯、稳定剂用量等，可以得到密度在8～80kg／m^3之间、压缩强度在10～108kPa之间的聚氨酯软泡。A series of polyurethane flexible foams were produced from poly （ ethylene ether carbonate） polyol, liquid MDI and other additives. The effects of NCO index, amounts of catalyst, other additives and the arts of the synthetic processes on performance of foam were discussed. It was found that the properties of polyurethane foams varied according to the type of aliphatic polycarbonate polyols, ratio of MDI to polyol, the amounts of additives etc. A series of polyurethane foams, density from 8 kg/m^3 to 80 kg/m^3and the compression strength from 10 kPa to 108 kPa, were obtained successfully.
