摘　　要：目的目的:研究PCNA、VEGF-C在口腔颌面部的淋巴管瘤组织中表达的相互关系。方法应用免疫组化S-P法检测48例口腔颌面部的淋巴管瘤标本,20例正常淋巴结标本PCNA、VEGF-C的表达情况。结果在口腔颌面部的淋巴管瘤组织中PCNA表达阳性率为18.75%(9/48);VEGF-C阳性率为25%(12/48)。经统计学分析,在淋巴管瘤标本中PCNA、VEGF-C阳性率等无显著性。结论在口腔颌面部的淋巴管瘤组织中PCNA、VEGF-C表达存在着一定的相关性但同一患者口腔颌面部的淋巴管瘤病理组织中PCNA、VEGF-C阳性表达经统计学分析两者呈正相关。PCNA、VEGF-C与口腔颌面部的淋巴管瘤增殖可能相关。Objective to study the rehtionship of proliferating cell nuclear antigen （PCNA） and vascular endothelial growth factor C （VEGF-C） of lymphangioma expression in oromaxillo-faeial region.Methods Immunohistochemical S-P methods was used to detect the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen （PCNA） and vascular endothelial growth factor C （VEGF-C） in 48 eases of lymphangioma in the oromaxillo-facial region and 20 healthy childrens＇ ganglia lymphatics;Results the posittive late of proliferarting cell nuclear antigen and vascular endothelial growth factorC lymphangioma in oromaxillo-facial region were 18.75% （9/48） and 25% （ 12/48）. The positive rates of VEGF-C and PCNA of lymphangiona in oromaxillo-facial region, had no significant difference, but in the same of patient the proliferating cell nuclear antigen has a positive correlation with vascular endotjelial growth factor C.Conclusion in oromaxillo-facial region, there are correlativity between the expression of the positive rate of proliferating cell nuclear astigen and vascular endothelial growth factor C may play some role in cell proliferation.
