黑龙江省民营企业融资问题及对策

摘　　要：随着黑龙江省民营企业的发展,资金不足成为当前民营企业成长的障碍。因此解决融资难问题成为民营企业进一步发展的关键。提出通过加快金融体制改革,规范民间资本市场,健全担保机构体系,推进利率市场化等措施改善民营企业的融资现状,加快黑龙江省民营经济的发展。With the development of private business of Heilongjiang, funds lacking becomes the obstacle that the private business grows up at present. So solving the difficult problem of financing becomes the key that the private business further develops. Propose standardizing the nongovernment capital market, Perfecting assure organization＇s system through accelerating the reform of bank system, improving financing current situations of the private business, such as interest rate marketization, etc., in order to speed up the development of private economy in Heilongjiang province.
