摘　　要：运用文献资料法,从传统文化、社会历史变迁、应试教育、现代科技、家庭择业和大众传媒等方面入手,对影响中小学竞技潜人才资源开发的社会因素进行了探讨和分析,旨在找到推动中小学竞技潜人才资源开发的方法,从而促进中小学早出人才、多出人才,减少人才埋没,以充实竞技体育后备人才资源。The paper explores and analyzes the social factors affecting the development of latent athletic talents resources in primary and middle schools by means of the documentation from the perspectives of sociology, such as traditional cultures, social historical changes, examination-oriented education, modern technology, family＇ s choice of career, the mass media, aiming to promote the development so that more talents can be fostered earlier, fewer ones can be ignored, and richer reserve of the athletic human resources in China can be achieved.
