日本企业在浙直接投资的特点与趋势

摘　　要：在中国加入WTO和日本实现向“价值创造型经济”成功转型的背景下,日本企业在浙江省的投资采取了统一品牌、建立战略联盟等举措,表现出投资规模加大、投资方式由合资转向独资、投资领域从边际产业逐步转向比较优势产业等趋势,并呈现出资金到位率高、投资潜力较大、与浙江省GDP因果关系显著等特点。The direct investment of Japanese enterprises in Zhejiang is featured by high percent of due capital, good investment prospect and prominent causal relations with GDP of Zhejiang province. After China＇s entry into WTO and the successful transformation of Japan to the value-creating type economy, the Japanese enterprises have taken such investment measures as unifying brands and establishing strategic alliances etc, and manifested a trend towards a larger investment scale, exclusive ownership rather than joint venture style of investment and investment fields shifts from marginal industries to industries that have comparative advantages.
