摘　　要：通过对孵化器内企业集群知识溢出现象的分析,试图阐明知识溢出在维系企业集群存在和发展方面起至关重要的作用,与此同时探讨了由于“搭便车”行为的可能存在而导致知识溢出的负效应及其对企业行为和集群可持续发展的影响。Business cluster is an obvious character of many mature incubator for its apparent economies of scale. This paper analysed the knowledge overflow phenomenon of business cluster in incubator, explained the important effect on supporting business cluster existence and development, discussed the negative impact caused by ＂pick-up＂ action and the influence of knowledge overflow on enterprise activity and cluster＇s development. Lastly, the article suggested that it＇s important for incubator supply proper interference and compensating to maintain the cluster＇s sustaining innovation capability.
