摘 要:目的:观察柴胡总皂甙(saikosaponins)及柴胡皂甙a(saikosaponina,SSa)、柴胡皂甙c(saikosaponinc,SSc)、柴胡皂甙d(saikosaponind,SSd)的抗惊厥作用。方法:采用最大电休克发作(MES)导致小鼠惊厥模型进行试验,记录小鼠惊厥数。结果:柴胡总皂甙100mg/kg、200mg/kg和300mg/kgig均可以显著降低小鼠MES惊厥发生率;SSa1.09mg/kg、2.18mg/kgip也均可显著降低小鼠MES惊厥发生率,而SSc、SSd作用不明显。结论:柴胡总皂甙和SSa具有抗小鼠MES惊厥作用,而SSc、SSd抗小鼠MES惊厥作用不明显。Objective: To study the effect of saikosaponins and saikosaponin a (SSa) ,saikosaponin c(SSc) ,saikosaponin d(SSd) on maximalelectroshock seizure(MES) mice. Method : The test was divided into two parts. Firstly ,saikosaponins was tested with MES test in mice. Secondly, on the basis of the first part, SSa ,SSc and SSd were tested with MES test in mice. The case of convulsant seizure and the rate of convulsant seizure were observed in the test. Results: Compared with control group (NS) ,the three groups of saikosaponins at dosage of 100mg/kg, 200mg/kg and 300mg/kg could significantly decrease the rate of MES convulsant seizure ( P 〈 0.05 ) ; The SSa at dosage of 1.09mg/kg,2. 18mg/kg ip could significantly decrease the rate of MES convulsant seizure ( P 〈 0.05), the SSc and SSd could't significantly decrease the rate( P 〉 0.05). Conclusion: Saikosaponins can inhibit the convulsant seizure of MES test. And SSa can inhibit the convulsant seizure of MES test ,but the effect of SSc and SSd wasn't remarkable.
