电大系统网上教学平台建设的思考

摘　　要：网上教学平台是开展现代远程教育的支撑核心。本文根据地理位置及经济发达状况的不同, 采用分层随机抽样方式,抽取24家有代表性的省市级电大和中央电大的网上教学平台为样本,以网上课程开发、网上教学支持、网上教学管理三大功能和其20项子功能为分析框架,对电大系统教学平台的功能结构进行分析,进而探讨电大系统网上教学平台存在的问题和建设的原则。Network-teaching platform is the supportive basis for distance education. This paper has analyzed the functional structure of the teaching platform of radio and television universities, which is based on the sampling of network teaching platforms of twenty four provincial or municipal radio and television universities and China Central Radio and Television University. The sampling is group accidental sampling conducted with reference to the different locations and economic situations. The framework of the analysis is the three functions of network course development, network teaching support and network teaching administration and the subordinate twenty functions. Then the problems in and principles of the network-teaching platform of radio and television universities are discussed.
