摘　　要：企业信息化面临着盟友选择问题。针对企业信息化盟友选择问题的特点,分析了盟友选择的基本原则,依照“TQCSF”原则,提出了盟友选择的综合评价指标体系。由于盟友选择问题包含大量的不确定性和模糊性因素,为此将模糊理论的思想和方法引入盟友评价中。在主成分分析与模糊理论的基础上,构建了模糊综合评价模型。定性分析与定量研究相结合,为企业选择信息化盟友提供了一种符合客观实际的有效方法。Partner selection is a priority issue in enterprise informatization.The characteristics of partner selection in enterprise informatization are demonstrated.The principle of partner selection is explored.An evaluation index system of partner selection according to TQCSF principle is proposed.Due to fuzzy and uncertain factors during partner selection,fuzzy theory is introduced to partner selection criteria.A comprehensive fuzzy appraisal model is set up based on primary component analysis and fuzzy theory.The most practical and efficient method for partner selection in enterprise informatization is presented.
