摘　　要：文章基于本体、资源描述框架、本体描述语言OWL、描述逻辑,对领域知识库的构建及知识推理等方面进行了研究,阐述了基于本体的领域知识库构建的方法,并且介绍了常用软件领域知识库的构建实例,对基于描述逻辑的知识库推理进行了研究,并以实例说明其应用。The article do research on the design of domain knowledge base and reasoning of knowledge based on Ontolgoy, Resource Description Framework, Ontology Descrioption Language OWL, Description Logic. It expatiate on the mothod of domain knowledge base＇s building. It intro- duce building--instance of common--software＇s domain knowledge base. Finally, it study reasoning of knowledge base based on description logic, and explain its application by instance.
