摘　　要：企业员工的个人创新行为直接关系到企业的生存和发展。本文利用个案深度访谈的方法,研究了个人知识转换能力和网络中心性对个人创新行为的影响。结论显示,企业员工的个人知识转换能力和网络中心性对其创新行为具有积极的影响。本研究为进一步研究企业环境下,特别是创意企业环境下员工创新行为提供了基础。Individual innovation behavior contributes to enterprises＇ survival, and growth. The paper analyzes the effects of knowledge conversion capabilities, and network centrality on individual innovation behavior by interviewing three experienced practitioners of advertising firms. It illustrates that individual knowledge conversion capabilities and innovation behavior are positively related to individual innovation behavior.
