摘　　要：人力资本提升是知识经济时代发展的必然要求。职业教育发展是人力资本提升的基本手段。本文从人力资本提升对经济社会发展的作用出发,分析了职业教育在人力资本提升中的重要地位,并联系我国实际,提出应大力发展职业教育,实现职业教育发展与人力资本提升紧密结合,以推动我国经济社会和谐发展。Human capital enhancement is necessary to the knowledge economic era. And vocational education and training development is a main tool of human capital enhancement. This paper analyzes the important role of vocational education and training in human capital enhancement by make a study of it. Seeing the important interrelation between human capital enhancement and vocational education and training development in socialist society harmonious development, vocational education and training should be developed in order to enhance human capital in our country.
