Acrysof Natural人工晶体植入术的临床效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨老年性白内障超声乳化联合蓝光滤过型人工晶体植入的临床效果。方法对60例老年白内障,年龄57岁～83岁行白内障超声乳化术,术中植入AcrysofNatural人工晶体作为观察组,以普通一片式Acrysof人工晶体眼40例为对照组,观察术后视力、色觉,询问有否蓝视、羞明等现象,随访时间为术后1d、1w及3m。结果两组白内障术后视力、色觉均无统计学差异(p>0.05)、蓝视症在术后早期二组有差异(p<0.05),术后3个月差异无显著性(p>0.05),而羞明在二组晶体无差异。结论AcrysofNatural人工晶体与Acrysof晶体具有相同的视力结果,AcrysofNatural晶体患者术后早期蓝视症状明显减轻,患者感觉更舒适,达到更好的手术效果,值得临床应用。Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of the operation of phacoemulsification combined with blue-light filtering Acrysof Natural intraocular lens implantation in the olders. Methods There are 2 groups of patients accepted the operation of phacoemulsification, 60 eyes were implanted with blue-light filtering Acysof Nature Iol while other 40 cases were implanted with Acrysof Iol. The post-operative visual symptoms of photophobia and blue opsia were evaluated with questionnaire after follow-up period of I day, 1 week and 3 months. Results There were no significant differences in visual acuity, Chromatiometry and photophobia between two groups （p〉0.05）. Fewer people complained about blue opsia in Acrysof Natrual Iol group than in the other group on 1 day, 1 week follow-up period （p〈0.01 ）, but no differences were observed after follow-up period of 3 months （p〉0.05）. Conclusion Patients implanted with the blue-light filtering Acrysof Natural Iol received better clinical effect, they complained about blue opsia at shortterm post-operatively and felt more comfortable.
