摘 要:目的探讨碘缺乏对大鼠免疫功能的影响。方法将Wistar大鼠随机分为正常对照组(N组)和低碘组(LI组)。通过饲以低碘饲料和饮用去离子水复制低碘大鼠动物模型。两组动物均采用第三代40日龄鼠。利用电镜观察大鼠脾脏淋巴细胞。浆细胞和巨噬细胞的超微结构,并进行体视学测量。结果低碘大鼠脾脏边缘区内B淋巴细胞数目增多,细胞表面微绒毛数目增多,细胞核形状不规则,常染色质增多,核仁增多且体积增大,细胞质增多,线粒体增多。T淋巴细胞超微结构未见明显改变。巨噬细胞数目增多,体积明显增大,胞质明显增多,细胞核常染色质增多,核仁增多且体积增大。浆细胞数目增多,体积增大,胞质明显增多,线粒体数目及体积均明显增加,粗面内质网面增多。结论碘缺乏可导致大鼠体液免疫功能亢进?Objective To explore the effect of iodine deficiency on the immune function of rats. Methods The Wistar rats were randomly divided into two groups: normal group(N group) and group with iodine deficiency (LI group). The model of rats with iodine deficiency was fed with iodine deficiency diet and de-ionized water. The third generation of Wistar rats was sacrificed on the 40th days. The ultrastructure of lymphocytes, plasma cells and macrophages were observed under electron microscope and were analyzed with stereological method. Results Compared with N group, the changes of B lymphocytes in LI group could be found: the number of B lymphocytes and the number of microvilli increased; the shape of nucleus was irregular; the proportion of euchromatin, the number and volume of nucleolus, the volume of cytoplasm, the number and volume of mitochondria increased. No significant changes could be found in T lymphocytes of LI group. The changes of macrophages in LI group could be found: the number and the volume of macrophages, the cytoplasm, the proportion of euchromatin, and the number and volume of nucleolus increased. In LI group, the number and volume of plasma cells, the volume of cytoplasm, the number and volume of mitochondria, the volume of rough endoplasmic reticulum increased. Conclusion Iodine deficiency could cause the humoral immunity more active than normal.
