摘  要:目的探讨更科学更符合实际的实验动物设施检测指标参数。方法按照国家标准GB14925-2001,检测相关环境技术指标。结果换气次数、气流速度、落下菌落数、温度、相对湿度基本符合国家标准,但部分设施内不同区域个别技术指标差异有显著;对于屏障系统,空气洁净度、梯度压差是影响设施达标的关键。结论建议尽快研究建立我国实验动物设施设计施工规范,统一施工标准,尽可能缩小各设施之间及同一设施内各局部环境之间的差异,并在以后国标技术参数修订时考虑采用目标值、最适值和允许偏差范围的概念,促进我国实验动物设施环境标准化。Objective Through analyzing the monitoring results of several laboratory animal facilities to discuss more appropriate parameters of scientific and actual environmental indicators. Methods The relative environmental indicators were tested according to the National Standards for Laboratory Animal Environment and Facility ( GB 14925-2001 ). Results The results showed the air exchange rate, the air borne bacteria, temperature and relative humidity, noise, pressure gradient, workillumination were consistent with the National Standards. However, regards some parameters, there are significant differences among different places within certain same facilities. The air cleanliness and pressure gradient were often key obstacles to meet the requirement of the national standard for barrier system. Conclusion To promote standardization of laboratory animal environment and facility in China, it suggests that standards of design and construction for laboratory animal facilities should be established as soon as possible, to reduce the difference between facilities or at different places in the same facility. The objective value, most suitable value and permit deviation should be taken into account when the national standard is revised in the future.
