摘 要:目的观察全网饲养对大、小鼠其生长发育的影响。方法在传统的大小鼠饲养盒底部40mm高处加不锈钢金属网格,网孔大小为10mm×100mm,网格上用于饲养动物。雌雄动物分别分为实验组和对照组,观察体重、行为、供食量和供水量的变化。结果全网养小鼠生长不如传统饲养方式生长快,但没有统计学差异;全网养大鼠生长发育正常,与传统饲养方式相比,未见差异。结论全网养大鼠不需要垫料,值得进一步推广;全网式饲养小鼠必须慎重。Objective To observe the influence of net-feeding on the growth of rats and mice and evaluate the feasibility of this mode of feeding. Methods Put a stainless steel net in feeding box at 40 mm above the bottom. The mesh size is 10 mm x 100 mm. The animals are reared on the net. Animals of both sexes were divided into experiment and control groups, and their body weight, behavior, diet intake and water intake were observed. SPSS 8.0 for windows was used for statistical analysis. Results The growth of mice by this new method was slower than that by normal feeding type, but with no significant difference ( P 〈 0.05). The growth of rats by net-feeding mode was equal to that by normal feeding mode. Conclusion This net-feeding mode is suitable for rearing rats without need of bedding materials. However, the mice rearing by this net-feeding mode is worthy of careful consideration.
