摘  要:采用ANSYS8.0有限元软件对脉冲磁场作用下的Al-Cu合金定向凝固磁场分布作了数值模拟。并对脉冲磁场强度进行了实验测量。结果表明:在合金试样中心附近磁感应强度较强,而在端部较弱。模拟结果和实验测得结果相符合。通过数值模拟,可以初步了解定向凝固过程中的磁场分布状态,而且有助于进一步研究凝固组织细化的原因。A numerical simulation of magnetic field distribution characteristic of Al - Cu alloy directional solidification under applied pulsed magnetic field was carried out with ANSYS 8.0 in the present paper. The intensity of pulsed magn etic fielol was alsotested. The results showed that magnetic induction intensity was strong in the middle of the sample and small in the end. The simulation results were in good agreement with the experimental data. It was found that, through the numerical simulation, not only the magnetic field distribution but also the mechanism of the refinement for the solidification siructure could be elementally, understood.
