摘　　要：建立基于Web的松散联邦式PLM平台,使得企业集群的设计制造工程师、客户和供应商能在整个产品生命周期中协同开发、生产和管理产品。从而达到资源优化利用,减少或消除环境污染,并大大提高企业集群的生产效益。阐述了企业集群中全生命周期设计方法及PLM集成平台技术。The PLM platform based on Web is set up, which will make designers of the enterprise dusters, customers and suppliers cooperate in development, preduetion and management in whole lifecycle of produet. Then the resources can be optimized to use, and the pollution of the environment can be reduced or eliminated, which will raise greatly the production benefit of the enterprise clusters. The full lifecycle design method and the integrated technology of PLM have been expounded.
